Call (425) 737-5220 or send the estimate form with a few details. We set up a visit to your home, measure, talk through options and then send a written estimate. There is no cost and no obligation.
What should I have ready for the estimate visit?
A rough idea of what you want to change, any photos or product links you like, and a budget range if you have one. If you are not sure yet, that is fine; we help you sort out priorities.
How soon can you start after I approve the estimate?
It depends on project size, material lead times and the current schedule. Flooring jobs can often start sooner than full remodels. We confirm the start date in writing.
Do you take on small jobs?
Often, yes. Single-room flooring, a backsplash, new interior doors or trim are all projects we regularly handle. Ask us and we will tell you honestly if it is a fit.

Who will I talk to during my project?
You have one point of contact from the first visit through the final walkthrough, so you always know who to call with questions or changes.
Can I stay in my home while the work is done?
In most cases, yes. We seal off work areas, protect floors and furniture, and clean up at the end of each day. For larger remodels we phase the work so key rooms stay usable.
What happens if you find a problem behind a wall or under a floor?
We stop, show you what we found, explain the options and agree on any change in price before continuing. No surprise charges.

Either works. We can source materials for you, or install flooring, tile and fixtures you purchase. If you buy your own, we check quantities and compatibility before install day.
Who handles permits?
We review your scope and explain which parts usually need a permit in your city. Cosmetic updates often do not; layout, electrical, plumbing, structural and many deck projects usually do.
How do I choose between hardwood, LVP and laminate?
It comes down to moisture, traffic, pets and budget. Hardwood adds warmth and can be refinished; LVP handles water best; laminate is budget-friendly and scratch-resistant. We compare them in your home.
Which cities do you serve?
We are based in Redmond and serve the Eastside, Snohomish County and Mount Vernon, including Bellevue, Kirkland, Sammamish, Issaquah, Bothell, Lynnwood, Everett and Marysville.
